David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney, Denies that anyone else alleged Tax Issues in the Summit Bankruptcy, yet this eMail from Robert Opera to David Aman shows this Concern. Crystal Cox Blogger was only telling the story that was already out there and even filed in court documents, as the Summit Objection to the Fees of David Aman and Kevin Padrick.
