Years Before Obsidian Finance Group and Kevin Padrick Sued Blogger Crystal L. Cox. David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for Serial Plaintiffs Kevin D. Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group deposed the Summit Bankruptcy Whistleblower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung and Questioned Stephanie Regarding the Intentions of a Blogger named Crystal Cox. David Aman Says "we think that Ms. Studebaker has published false information about this bankruptcy proceeding on a website". Then years later sues the Blogger Crystal Cox.

Obsidian Finance Group LLC and Bankruptcy Trustee Kevin D. Padrick Sued a Blogger named Crystal L. Cox years after these same "Parties" alleged that another party ( Whistle Blower Stephanie DeYoung had created the alleged "false information".

This Deposition you see below was part of the Summit Bankruptcy Proceedings, this was in the year of 2009.  In the deposition room are also David Aman, and I Believe Ewan Rose of Obsidian Finance Group, as well as Summit Bankruptcy Whistleblower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung's Attorney.

David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for Serial Plaintiffs Kevin D. Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group deposed Summit Bankruptcy Whistle Blower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung and Questioned Stephanie, under oath, Regarding the Intentions of a Blogger named Crystal Cox.  Tonkon Torp Attorney David Aman is heard here saying "we think that Ms. Studebaker has published false information about this bankruptcy proceeding on a website".

Then years later David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for Serial Plaintiffs Kevin D. Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group sues that same Blogger, Crystal Cox without every contacting this Blogger regarding these allegations in this deposition.

August 25th 2009, David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for Trustee Kevin Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group Questions Summit Bankruptcy Whistleblower Stephanie Studebaker DeYoung and Says:

"" I'll tell you exactly why I am asking the Question, which is ... we think that Ms. Studebaker has published false information about this bankruptcy proceeding on a website, which has created .... has made it more difficult..""

SO David Aman and his then Client, Plaint Kevin Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group, says here that "WE" think that Ms. Studebaker has published false information about this bankruptcy proceeding on a website then they don't Sue Ms. Studebaker, and don't contact Ms. Cox, but years later they SUE Ms. Cox for the alleged "false information".

Seems to be the Point is to Find out the INTENTIONS of Ms. Cox. Hmmm..

So Why is Ms. Cox Doing This? Why Not Contact Ms. Cox?



Also Note that the Interview by Eliot Bernstein with Ms. Studebaker - DeYoung while hospitalized, she says the same thing regarding Who is Crystal Cox.
